Does Afrovoya sell only package holidays?
No. Afrovoya is a concierge service. We can build a full package, support only selected parts of a trip, or coordinate a complex custom itinerary.
Are visa approvals guaranteed?
No travel company can guarantee a government visa decision. Afrovoya helps clients prepare correctly, choose the right category, track requirements, and reduce avoidable errors.
Can you support group travel?
Yes. We can coordinate family groups, cultural tours, business delegations, church groups, student groups, and multi-generation homecomings.
Which languages do you support?
Afrovoya is designed to support English, German, French, and Twi across key client touchpoints.
Do package prices include flights and hotels?
The listed package prices are concierge fees. Supplier costs such as flights, hotels, visa fees, tours, insurance, and private vehicles are quoted separately unless included in a proposal.
What happens if a flight is cancelled?
Voyager, Prestige, and Bespoke clients receive disruption support. Afrovoya helps communicate with airlines, suppliers, drivers, and accommodation partners.
Can you arrange business meetings?
Yes. Business travel support can include meeting-day routes, hotels, driver scheduling, interpreter sourcing, conference support, and delegation logistics.
