Afrovoya provides travel concierge planning, advisory, coordination, and support services. Supplier services such as flights, hotels, tours, transport, insurance, and visa processing may be governed by separate supplier terms.
Clients remain responsible for accurate personal information, valid passports, legal entry eligibility, payment of government fees, compliance with destination laws, and final acceptance of travel risks.
Visa guidance does not guarantee government approval. Travel disruptions may occur due to airline operations, weather, border policy, safety advisories, supplier issues, or force majeure events.
Before accepting paid bookings, replace this template with legally reviewed terms covering deposits, refunds, cancellations, limitation of liability, insurance, supplier agency status, jurisdiction, and consumer protection requirements.
